We do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style/color, we recommend you return the original item and place a new order to ensure you get the item before it sells out!
At Calla Style House we want you to love your item! Items being returned must be postmarked within 14 days of you receiving your order (according to your tracking number). Items sent after this will not be eligible for return and will not be processed.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipping your item(s). We will refuse any packages without prior contact.
All returns using our prepaid shipping label will incur a shipping and handling fee, which will be paid upfront. You may send it back to us at your own expense after contacting us first.
ITEMS MUST BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUME, DEODORANT, SMOKE, ANIMAL HAIR OR OTHER SIGNS OF WEAR AND ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED to qualify for a return. Items that fail to meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
All returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the return. Any shipping charges on your original order are non refundable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. You do have the option of receiving a store credit. If you choose a store credit, you must indicate this in your original email regarding the return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Calla Style House is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the return process. Please contact your local post office if this occurs.
SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Customers should contact us within 5 days if an item is damaged on receipt. If not notified within 5 days, Calla Style House will not be responsible for the item. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. Be sure to send photo proof to speed up the exchange process. If the item is still available in your size, we will ship you a replacement item at no cost to you after we receive the damaged item. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit for the cost of the item.
