We do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style/color, we recommend you return the original item and place a new order to ensure you get the item before it sells out!
At Calla Style House we want you to love your item! Items being returned must be postmarked within 14 days of you receiving your order (according to your tracking number). Items sent after this will not be eligible for return and will not be processed.
Please email email@example.com prior to shipping your item(s). We will refuse any packages without prior contact.
All returns using our prepaid shipping label will incur a shipping and handling fee, which will be paid upfront. You may send it back to us at your own expense after contacting us first. Please keep a record of your tracking information.
Items must be free of marks, makeup, perfume, deodorant, smoke, animal hair or other signs of wear. All original tags must be attached to qualify for a return. Items that fail to meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
All returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the return. Once processed, you will be issued an online store credit code in the amount of the returned items. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Calla Style House is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the return process. Please contact your local post office if this occurs.
Sale items and accessories are final sale.
Customers should contact us within 5 days if an item is damaged on receipt. If not notified within 5 days, Calla Style House will not be responsible for the item. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. Be sure to send photo proof to speed up the exchange process. If the item is still available in your size, we will ship you a replacement item at no cost to you after we receive the damaged item. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit for the cost of the item.
